When we lived in Seattle, we tried lots of new things and found a few places that became our go-to restaurants. Even though we didn't live there long enough to try all the places on our list, we've nailed down some essentials that should give you a good variety to choose from. If you like Asian food or seafood, you're in luck. Pike Place Market is the only place I've encountered where everything looks like a tourist trap, but is actually delicious.
